3i-Infotech is looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Manager – Solutions Architect to lead a high-performing team of data professionals on cutting-edge Data & AI projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data-driven solutions using Azure and Snowflake technologies. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to deliver high-impact business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts on strategic data projects.
• Own and drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set measurable objectives.
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance across multiple concurrent projects.
• Promote best practices in data management, data governance, and advanced analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Data, BI, and Analytics
• At least 5 years of experience leading Data & AI initiatives
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Data Services, including:
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure SQL Database
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Expertise in Azure Data Fabric
• Proven experience with Snowflake data platform
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Certification in Azure or Snowflake platforms is a plus
• Experience with enterprise-level data strategy, implementation, and governance
